- DBpedia (the semantic version of Wikipedia)
- MusicBrainz (an open music encyclopedia)
- Flickr (a picture and video sharing platform)
- Last.fm (the biggest online music catalog worldwide)
- Yotube, etc.
Use Case
The user discovers interrelations between files and can browse through media files by using semantic search functionalities. When for example searching the database for a specific song, the results page will include a link to other songs of the artist, the corresponding music video, a cover picture, next events of the artist alongside common information such as title, artist, album etc.
