Self-Service Portal
Using the
eCloudManager Self-Service Portal, end users can provision their own infrastructure and application resources on-demand across private and public clouds. The resource allocation can be fully automated and is done based on the requirements specified by the end users (SLAs). The infrastructure layer is completely abstracted from the end users, and the systems will be up-and-running within minutes and without any post-provisioning configuration necessary.
Analytics Portal
The eCloudManager analytics dashboard enables IT administrators and CXOs to monitor the status of their private and public cloud resources and make informed business decisions. For example, they can create on-demand cost analysis reports to assess whether hosting certain systems in a public cloud environment (e.g. with a System Provider) is cheaper than hosting them in-house. Moreover, custom dashboards depicting overall resource utilization rates, costs per end user, costs per system, overall costs over time, etc., can also be generated using the eCloudManager. This allows enterprises to make their IT costs transparent, as well as to use this data as a basis for future capacity planning and cost forecasting.
