Much of the fluidOps know-how, innovation and embrace of open source sharing of ideas go back to ongoing close ties and engagements with the research community. We have been closely working with, for example, the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) and the Research Center for Information Technology (FZI) in Karlsruhe, on projects ranging from cloud computing test-beds, semantic technologies, to research on the economics of clouds.
fluid Operations is also part of the larger European research agenda, and we are very proud to be chosen to be part of a select group of IT companies to bring key new technologies to market, such as the semantic and cloud computing technologies that are at the core of the CollabCloud initiative.
