the main search paradigms are structured search using SPARQL-queries, which the user can simply type in the search field on any page, and keyword-search on the structured as well as the unstructured data, if a keyword-index is created. if a keyword-query does not return any results allthough you are sure it should do so, you can create this index in the CLI using the command updateKeywordIndex -indexWiki [true/false]. The indexWiki-parameter decides if only the structured data or even the unstructured data on wiki pages should be indexed
