The eCloudManager™ is qualified by EMC as a proven data center monitoring and management solution, and its addition to the EMC solutions portfolio allows customers to make the most of EMC’s networked storage systems (EMC Symmetrix® VMX™/VMAXe™, EMC VNX™/VNXe™, EMC CLARiiON®, EMC Celerra®, EMC Atmos™, EMC VPlex™) for their private or public cloud initiatives. |

| The eCloudManager™ leverages the full Vblock Infrastructure Package, enabling organizations to achieve massive improvements in terms of time and effort for monitoring their data centers and provisioning multi-tiered multi-system enterprise (SAP) application landscapes with minimum footprint on infrastructure. To be able to support such landscapes which easily go into terabytes of associated storage data, the eCloudManager™ intelligently utilizes EMC’s storage system applications such as EMC TimeFinder® Snap, TimeFinder® Clone, Symmetrix Virtual Provisioning, and Celerra/VNX FAST and FULL clone to allow for rapid provisioning and availability of complete (SAP) application landscapes for easy and immediate consumption. Moreover, through the integration with EMC VPLEX, the eCloudManager enables snap, clone and restore operations of the applications hosted on VPLEX Distributed Virtual Volumes and allows for policy-based application migration. | |
