Job Description
- Internet research and demand identification in the area of cloud computing.
- Acquisition and support of new customers or contacts for events and campaigns via telephone.
- Outbound sales activities and scheduling for sales.
- Supporting acquisition of customers, sales meetings, maintaining and updating customer database (CRM).
- Supporting channel sales / partner management.
- Qualifying, maintaining and following up on offers, mailings, leads and fair contacts.
- Presentation of the company and the solution portfolio via telephone and Internet.
Expectations
- General IT knowledge.
- Knowledge about the virtual environment on X.86 (e.g. VMware, Xen, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills, welcoming customer contact and sales activities.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, in spoken and written form; French would be an additional advantage.
- Independent and service-oriented working practice.
- Team spirit, commitment, flexibility, ability to work under pressure, enthusiasm and organizational talent.
- Advanced knowledge of MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet.
