Job Description
- Enhance our cloud management solutions and deliver efficient means for monitoring & metering heterogeneous cloud-based data center.s
- Innovate and design tools which offer higher level of business abstraction to manage enterprise clouds.
- Implement and extend our cloud middleware framework to transparently coordinate SAN & NAS hardware (e.g. NetApp, EMC2, HP EVA).
- Coordinate various levels of storage functions (such as volume & machine snapshots, online crash consistent or offline backups).
- This job requires that you quickly get acquainted with the details of virtualization platforms, storage, and network systems.
Performance Standards
- High level of interpersonal skills, ability to work well with other IT personnel, end users, vendors, consultants, and customers.
- Accept a high level of responsibility.
- Attain and maintain a high level of knowledge about emerging technologies through the use of appropriate means, such as seminars, conferences, manuals & technical reports.
Work Experience
- Strong programming skills in Java, JSP, RMI, Servlets, JavaScript etc.
- Excellent knowledge of Design Patterns, Service-Oriented Architectures, Web Services, etc.
- Knowledge of enterprise architectures is a plus.
